What is Vollure™ XC?
Vollure™ XC is a minimally invasive injectable treatment that’s part of the Juvederm® family. Also made from a hyaluronic acid-based gel, Vollure™ XC is most well-known for its ability to smooth away and minimize laugh lines, also known as nasolabial folds. Volbella™ X’s formula is specially designed to be thick enough to restore volume in delicate features of the face while being thin and flexible enough not to disrupt your facial expressions and natural appearance.

What Can I Expect During My Vollure™ XC Treatment?
Your Vollure™ XC treatments will be performed in our state-of-the-art facility by our expert medical professionals. Before your Vollure™ XC treatment begins, a topical anesthetic may be applied to your desired treatment area, typically areas around the mouth or with acne scarring. This is to ensure you remain as comfortable as possible throughout your treatment. Once numb, a series of Vollure™ XC injections will carefully and strategically be made into the treatment area. The entire treatment process typically takes less than an hour to complete.
What Can I Expect After my Vollure™ XC Treatment?
Because Vollure™ XC is a minimally invasive cosmetic treatment, there is no formal downtime or recovery period associated with each appointment. Most patients report returning back to their normal daily activities including work immediately following their Vollure™ XC treatments. Mild redness, swelling, and bruising around the injection sites is normal and generally subsides on their own within a day or two of treatment. Most patients are able to see the results of their Vollure™ XC treatment immediately, with ultimate results becoming visible once all swelling subsides, about three to five days later. Dr. Egnatios and her team may recommend regular annual treatments to maintain your desired results.
